Treasury Department releases Paycheck Protection loan program application

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Treasury Department today released the borrower application for the newly created Paycheck Protection loan program designed to help small businesses maintain payroll during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program was created by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump on March 27. The Treasury Department also released topline information on the program for both lenders and borrowers. The guidance is available below:
