WASHINGTON - The U.S. Treasury Department today released the borrower application for the newly created Paycheck Protection loan program designed to help small businesses maintain payroll during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program was created by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump on March 27.
